Human Resources

Blasting and industrial painting is a measurement-based production process. The fundamental qualification we seek is the awareness that every operation performed is recorded and the next step is based on this record.

Surface preparation work carried out with teamwork in the facility.
Blasting and painting is a measurement-based production process.

Work areas

The facility operates with four main lines: surface preparation, coating, quality control, and logistics. Each line maintains its own set of records.

Surface preparation in OMSG automatic turbine line and SAPI cabin.
Blasting operation

Surface preparation in OMSG automatic turbine line and SAPI booth.

  • Abrasive and filtration system monitoring
  • Sa degree and surface profile control
  • Use of respiratory protection in enclosed spaces
Primer, intermediate and top coat application by Airless method.
Paint application

Primer, intermediate, and topcoat application by Airless method.

  • Mixing ratio, pot life, and thinning monitoring
  • Stripe coat and critical detail application
  • WFT measurement and coat recording
Execution and reporting of blasting, climate and film thickness measurements.
Quality control

Execution and reporting of blasting, climate, and film thickness measurements.

  • DFT measurement and ISO 19840 evaluation
  • Climate recording and dew point calculation
  • FROSIO or NACE/AMPP certification is preferred
Heavy part movement, packaging and loading in the crane stock area.
Logistics and shipping

Heavy part movement, packaging, and loading in the crane-equipped stock area.

  • Heavy part lashing and blocking
  • Weighbridge and shipping document process
  • Surface protection and spanning

Our approach

Technical discipline, awareness of record-keeping, work safety, and teamwork. These four are as decisive as experience.

Technical discipline
Adherence to instructions, specifications, and process steps.
Record-keeping and traceability
Measuring, recording, and generating data for the next step of the work performed.
HSE awareness
Risk control, correct personal protective equipment, and equipment safety.
Teamwork
Coordination between blasting, painting, quality, and logistics teams.

Our work safety approach

Blasting and painting are operations involving exposure to dust and solvents. Pre-operation risk control, appropriate personal protective equipment, and equipment safety are mandatory at the start of every shift.

HSE and Environmental Approach
  • Training

Pre-operation briefing and equipment usage training

  • Protective Equipment

Respiratory, hearing, eye, and body protection are determined by the job

  • Enclosed Process

Blasting is carried out in an enclosed environment with extraction and filtration

  • Chemical

SDS and TDS instructions, labeled packaging, spill kit
