Collected data
Only the following data is collected via the quote form.
- Mandatory fields
- First name, last name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, and job description.
- Optional technical fields
- Part information, surface preparation, paint system, standard, quality scope, logistics, and commercial scope. None of these fields are mandatory.
- Uploaded files
- Files uploaded as specification or drawing. Maximum 5 files and 25 MB total.
- Technical record
- One-way hash of submission time and IP address. The IP address is not stored in clear text; it is kept in a hashed form solely to limit abuse.
Processing purpose
Data is processed solely for preparing quotes, clarifying technical scope, and contacting you regarding your request. It is not used for marketing purposes, shared with third parties, or transferred abroad.
Storage period
Submissions and attachments are stored in a directory on the web server inaccessible from the browser. Storage periods are as follows.
- Requests not converted to offers
- 1 year from the request date
- Requests converted to offers
- 10 years from the termination of the business relationship
- Uploaded specification and drawing files
- 2 years from the closing of the offer process
- Server access logs
- 6 months
The above periods are examples; final periods are determined by legal counsel.
Cookies
The site does not use tracking cookies. In the offer form, your browser's local storage is used to prevent the loss of entered information in case you accidentally close the page. This data remains only on your device, is not sent to the server, and is deleted when the form is submitted. For details, see cookie policy.
Rights of the data subject
