Frequently asked questions

The most frequently asked questions during the quotation phase. If you cannot find what you are looking for, you can write directly.

The facility is established on an area of 10,000 m². Of this, 5,000 m² is a closed blasting and painting hall, and 5,000 m² is a crane-equipped, concrete-floored storage, drying, and packaging area. The hall is 182 meters long and 30 meters wide.

The site is laid out to support the safe movement of heavy parts. The vehicle access road runs along the hall and leads directly into it. Weighing is done with two separate weighbridges; the crane-equipped storage area is used for loading and unloading.

Material enters through the main door, passes through the blasting and painting stages, and exits through shipping. There is no return. This arrangement prevents re-contamination of the blasted surface and reduces waiting times for parts.

Two separate routes are in operation. The OMSG LAUCO 150 NP automatic turbine shot blasting line is used for serial profiles and plates, while the SAPI double-nozzle cabin is used for large and differently geometrically manufactured items that do not fit in the automatic line. The decision is made at the quotation stage based on the part's size and geometry.

The 5,000 m² crane-equipped area is used for drying, curing, and pre-shipment waiting. Parts are not loaded before complete drying is achieved. The storage duration is determined at the quotation stage according to the project plan.

Let's determine together which route is suitable for your part

When size, weight, and quantity information is shared, suitability and timing between the automatic line and the cabin route are evaluated.

Example: 26 m long body, 18 tons, Sa 2½.
